Return Policy

Your happiness is of paramount importance to us, and we want you to love your items. To return an item, you must first get approval. Contact us to start a return.

Items eligible for return must be unused or unworn and in the same condition you received them. You must initiate a return within 30 days. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Note that only Clan Wolfstone tartan is returnable, with approval as outlined above. 

Certain items are not returnable, including: 

• Clearance items  

• Garments made specifically for you and/or you have worked with one of our designers on them.

• Tartan items for a specific clan or district (other than Clan Wolfstone, see above.)

You are responsible for paying for any shipping cost for returning your items, if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
